Colyn Major is a gifted songwriter and baritone who writes songs that give praise to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Hailing from Nassau, Bahamas, Colyn is an administrator with the College of the Bahamas. As his schedule permits, he travels and sings with the passion of a true believer, the songs he has written.

Colyn’s repertoire includes not only his original compositions but the standard songs of the faith. He is an accomplished pianist and organist and has been playing professionally for many years.

In May 2007, Colyn released three albums entitled "His Kingdom First", "Made In Your Image", and "We Are Restored". His motivation is the love of Christ and his goal, through music, is to tell others about that great love.

His mission is to: Motivate, Encourage, and Inspire people of all ages to Discover and Embrace God's Will for their lives. Through his music he hopes to accomplish the following:

Inspire the lost and dying.

Calm and soothe troubled minds.

Bring peace in the midst of trouble and confusion.

Warm and soften cold and calloused hearts.

Heal the sick and hurting.

Uplift the sad and lonely.


"My vision is use my music to tell the world that "Jesus loves them". My goal is use my music to help people maximize their God-give potential through the use of their gifts and talents."
