God Is Raising Up Anointed Marketplace Men

At times, it might be a lonely place to be, but there is no doubt God is calling marketplace men to this high place of service.

These are men who are utilizing a simple internet marketing and training plan for getting out of debt and taking steps to gain financial freedom now. In the process they are raising up other great Christian men in business to follow in their steps to fulfill the great commission.

These marketplace men are not afraid to invest in themselves with provenmarketing systems that work to bring in multiple streams of income for their families.

An Example Of A MarketPlace Man

This one example touches my heart because I was born to a godly businessman, who was a banker and radical with his faith. My father, the late James F. Schreck, was a Christan business leader in the Pacific Northwest for many years. Cancer eventually took his life 23 years ago. It was a few years after his death that I learned some amazing things about my dad from a friend who worked in the same bank my dad was at during his last days. She shared how how bold he was in regards to his relationship with God and his compassion for people. He'd open up his staff meetings with prayer requests and prayer. People could not believe he had the guts to do this in the "corporate world" of banking.

I have no doubt his godly actions in the business arena impacted many. A packed out church, standing room only at his funeral (at Lady or our Lourdes Cathedral in Spokane, Washington) illustrated how great the impact really was.

I remember this one young man sitting in the pews after the service was over. The church was almost empty and here sat this well-dressed businessman, just shaking his head. I paused to acknowledge his condolences. He proceeded to tell me he felt something in the service. He didn't quite understand it, but he said it made him really think about things, and his family, and how he was living his life. He was moved to tears and really to a point of being speechless. He just sat frozen in that pew.

It wasn't until many months later that I told my mom about this experience. When I told her his name, she just wept.

He was a young buck in the company who really challenged my father. My mom said my dad had to really pray and lean on God in dealing with the young brash banker. He was a "thorn" in my father's side. (Later this same gentlemen took a stand for me helping me in my professional golf career at the time.)

My dad is a source of inspiration to me. I have no doubt God is calling on godly men to rise up and take their place of authority as marketplace men anointed to impact the world.

Steps To Being A Leading Marketplace Man

Step One:

Understand your work is your mission field. (Read an encouraging word concerning your"job" and how God helps you fulfill it by clicking here!)

I can think of no powerful source to help you in understanding this truth than Rich Marshal's book God at Work.

Rich writes:

"God is showing up in places we have never imagined. We thought He was just for Sunday church or mid-week Bible study. But God is showing up in small businesses and on construction sites, in schools and in politics. He is in factories and at check-out counters, at nurses' stations and the stock exchange. God is showing up everywhere outside of where we expect Him to be."

Work hard in relationships. Love God first with all your heart. Maintain your relationship with Him. Out of the overflow of your relationship with Jesus, comes the SOURCE, the fresh anointing, to impact those relationships around you, from family to business.

Step Three:

Continue to find ways to gain financial freedom. Take advantage of powerful marketing strategies that can enable you to earn more finances on a part-time basis from home. Hook up with other godly men, such as Stephen Pierce, who travels the world teaching people the power of change and making a difference with sound marketing principles.

Do some research and discover the legitimate home based businesses that are out there.

The idea is not to gain for the sake of amassing riches as much as to free you up to a place where you have the time to serve more and/or can give more to anointed ministries that are having an impact.

Success means... learning to thank God for the generous gifts given to you.

Success means... knowing you belong to Christ.

Success means... understanding that you have been enriched with gifts and knowledge.

Success means... using those gifts as you eagerly wait for Christ's return.

Success means... relying on God to keep you strong right up to the end.
