Our Mission

Daytona City Ministries is a City Reaching coalition of individuals, churches, ministries and social agencies. We are praying and working together to discover strategies for how the church in our region can be more effective in representing Jesus Christ to our communities. By promoting church unity; by increasing urgent, fervent, desperate prayer; by intentionally loving and serving our cities; and through the use of technology we seek to find favor with God and to shift the spiritual climate of our region.

It is our commission to tear down the walls that shouldn’t exist and to rebuild the ones that should!

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to help other people and ministries be all that God has called them to be. Your success is our success!

Our Goal

Our goal is simple; To have twice the impact next year on the culture in which Jesus (the Captain of the Hosts) has strategically placed us, as we did this year.

Lee Conway is the founder and interim director of Daytona City Ministries. He is also a Christian Life Coach, graduate of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching and founder of E.Q.U.I.P. Coaching.

He has 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and has owned and operated five businesses. Lee’s life purpose is to help others discover and fulfill their own life purpose. He is passionate about coming alongside local Churches to help them equip the saints to walk together as a priesthood of believers who, through the fragrance of Christ, impact their communities with the Kingdom of God. Lee and his wife Lisa have eight remarkable children and currently reside in Ormond Beach Florida.
