The frontier for a video ministry is wide open right now. Every day millions of people are watching online videos. From YouTube to Myspace, videos are being uploaded by the thousands daily.
I see this as an incredible opportunity for Christians to take advantage of this craze and establish their own internet ministry, their own kind of "Christian TV".
You can take advantage of inexpensive video equipment, such as the Flip Video Camera, and easily create your own ministry for the masses with video!

Since I retired from being an announcer at a Christian radio station, I miss the opportunity to speak the Word and encourage others. Every day at the radio station I had an opportunity to speak life over the airways and have a positive effect on someone's day. What a blessing that is to be in a position where you can be an instrument speaking of God's mercy, love and grace!
I was considering going into television work a few years ago. I had an interview with a top local Atlanta Television Executive, Art Rogers, who gave me an idea that has become the inspiration behind my own online ministry.
After showing him some of the videos I had already produced, he felt it would be more profitable, and not take as many hours away from my family, if I found ways to market my video production company which I had just started. Art also was familiar with my work at WWEV Radio and knew I had a ministry heart behind my television pursuit. So he gave me some basic marketing ideas by using YouTube to start uploading my video work as I continued to look for ways to market my production company.
In the past year, I've put some finishing touches to poignant family moments (my own kids) singing and making their own videos and turned to creating the one-on-one video ministry side of my online ministry pursuit, called "Keys To Be Free".
Here is a montage of clips from "Keys To Be Free" video ministry:
I had to walk this particular video subject out the next week. Keep in mind that I came home to my house set on fire one week after I produced this episode:
