Virtual Video Ministry To Impact The World For The Kingdom Of God

Yes!

These are basic principles that anyone can implement as they take a vision to go out into the harvest and plant the Word of God in people's lives!

The title God gave me for this is: S-P-E-A-K! The World Is Listening...And Watching Online!"

This passion to reach out with video ministry and social media to reach all parts of the World was fired up by Pastor Steve Hill as he was sharing (on TV) at The Word Explosion one year.

Steve was sharing about the growth of the new media, from texts, to Myspace, to Facebook, to Twitter.

I'll never forget it. He said something like this:

"Who knows...In some far away country, someone rides their bike to an internet cafe', does a search, finds God...and gets saved!"

My desire to use video ministry stems from the time just after I retired from being a Christian Radio personality at WWEV, just outside of Atlanta.

I loved that job because every day I could say a word, speak a Bible verse, or play a song that could help someone at that moment. God knew the words I needed to say, the song to play. I just was His servant carrying out the task day in and day out for over 15 years.

After I retired, I still had all these words from God that came from my time in that secret place of listening to Him, and I wanted to share!

So I started my own little video ministry looking into that web cam and sharing my heart.

Fast forward to the spring of 2010 and enters my husband with his gifting to preach, teach, and disciple. I wanted an outlet for him so I created a basic blog and formed our won virtual ministry video website, a digital ministry called, Firebrand Ministry.

I love to encourage Christians to not be afraid to learn a few new skills so they CAN share the Word of God with video and social media.

Recently, I was a special guest of Ericka D. Jackson's Reach Ministry Marketing System. Ericka is an evangelist, author, and Kingdom Trainer who shares much the same vision of reaching out to the world with Kingdom training and spreading the Gospel.

Below is the segment where I share about this S-P-E-A-K plan:

S S stands for specific market. A basic marketing principle where you need to identify your target market or your niche you are trying to reach. I love how Ericka says, "your flock". You need to be able to "speak their language" as you reach out to them. This one step can help you be at ease when you look into the camera to share with your target audience.

P P stands for precise (and proven!) marketing strategies. The key to ministry marketing, Christian promotion, and even finding ways to earn money on the internet lies implementing these precise marketing strategies. In the video above I give you one SEO secret that will reap instant rewards in using YouTube.

E E stands for excellence. Let everything you do as you work and serve others be with a spirit of excellence! You represent the KING. So in everything, from family to home to ministry, a diligent heart will reflect excellence.

A A stands for action! You must move and work toward your vision. This is putting your faith to work!! My favorite example of ACTION in the Bible is from the widow in 2 Kings 4:1-7. Listen above as I share this dynamite principle that reaps rewards! The widow paid off her debtors and lived off the rest of what she earned simply by obeying the prophet, and going to work doing what he said!

K K stands for kneel. You must humble yourself before the Lord and maintain your relationship with Him. This is a vital key for life! Your time in the Word and in that "secret place" is where you have fresh water-life-from which to draw to impact others. This is a vital step!

The glue that holds this plan together is the word that is formed here: SPEAK,!

By your speaking words of life over your family, your vision, your ministry, and your dreams, you are putting the greatest power into motion. Speak the WORD of God. Don't let your present circumstances determine what comes out of your mouth or what God says about you!

As it says Proverbs 18:21: "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."
